The beauty of your MetalPrint is that it's sublimated! This means that no ink actually lives on the surface, allowing the print to be easily cleaned.
The nitty-gritty, technical terms? When the coated aluminum sheets are manufactured by ChromaLuxe, there is a chemical reaction that causes the polymers of the coating to join together (called crosslinking!). In other words, MetalPrints are not porous. The 100% crosslinked polymers in the final product are what give MetalPrints their durability, scratch resistance, chemical and stain resistance, color retention, fade resistance, and more.
